I use this balm to help with back pain and to help sleep. It is nothing short of amazing. I also love the smell and the texture. It works so well for me and I use it every night.

Surprisingly effective on one of the two areas of my hand that have been diagnosed with arthritis. While not all of the pain went away the balm did take the edge off and does allow me to work with my hand effectively. The 2nd area has deeper damage and will require medical attention but I feel that the balm will help relieve some of the surrounding pain during the healing process.

The balm does work and it took the edge off of the arthritic pain I was having in my hands. I rubbed it in thoroughly and it lasted a long time. I wish it was a bit stronger though.
