Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday – Friday after 2:00pm to 12:00am CST will be shipped the following business day. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 5:00pm CST.

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada or Australia at this time.

Order Processing

Delivery Method and Timing

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Express Saver. Standard Ground is available. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Colorado. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. When tracking your shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update. How long Will It Take to Ship My Order Out?

We try our best to get out as many packages as possible, even if that means running to the Post Office or FedEx to drop off your package after their scheduled pick up. Due to the high volume of orders, after your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your package to be shipped.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at info@bluesky-cbd.com and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.

 

Can I Upgrade My Shipping?

You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost. Please notify us immediately before your order is shipped out. Please call 1 720-503-3101 and tell us your order number and preferred shipping method with your credit card ready.

 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Dates

USPS Priority Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 1-3 business days according to their website.

FedEx Express Saver: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3 business days according to their website.

Please note FedEx does not offer weekend delivery through our system. 

If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method.
