Have used the CBD plus CBN for a couple of weeks now. I do feel it has been helping me sleep better, however I am still only getting about 5 - 6 hours of sleep. Would love to just get up to 7. Will try taking two for a couple of nights, but that starts to get expensive at the prices for these pills.

These came as a sample included with the wonderful Max Relief Balm. I set them aside thinking I wouldn’t ever use them - hah, was I wrong. Lately, because of arthritis I wake up often. I decide to try these and am so glad I did. The past 2 nights, I have slept better than I have in a year - went right to sleep, slept calmly and it also kept away the pain that arthritis brings at night. Wonderful product, a bit expensive, but decided its definitely worth it to get my sleep.
