This seems to work for my partner and I. It was very strong at first but now I feel habituated and it may be losing its effect. Not sure. I'll try another bottle and see how it goes.
I've been struggling with sleep for several years and doctor hasn't been very helpful. Decided to try this after a friend told me about it and I'm finally sleeping.
I take 1/2 dropper and I fall asleep and go easily back to sleep and it helps to quiet my mind chatter. On the nights where I have too much stress and wake with mind chatter, I take another 1/2 dropper.
I was very skeptical about this product at first. I would typically wake up 3-4 times a night tossing and turning. Once I started taking this oil I woke up the next morning feeling so refreshed! Highly recommend!
