I have not slept well for years. I usually fall asleep fast with a consistent 8pm bedtime, but wake up around 1am and then fall asleep again about 4am. Under the care of my naturopathic physician, I tried melatonin, with no luck. She told me about this BlueSky Sleep gel. I took one at night right before 8pm and at first I had all these weird dreams and I would still wake up but not till 2am. It seemed consistent with the other reviews. But 2am was a little better than 1am, so I stuck with it... Now, a few weeks later, I wake up anywhere between 3am-530am! I am feeling more rested and more relaxed! I highly recommend!

I took two at bedtime along with melatonin, didn’t see any improvement with sleep or waking up after falling asleep. I find the original blue sky tincture to be more helpful.
